My husband's turning 50 in February. We wanted to have a surprise party where everyone had to dress up in immature costumes, but what to we do for an ''immature party"? I want to entertain our guests and him! Thanks!

How immature do you want to be? You could serve the drinks in sipper bottles. Maybe only have non-alcoholic drinks!! Food wise, what about things like Fairy bread, spaghetti and spoons, boiled eggs.
The sort of things that you would have a 5 or 6 year olds party.
Maybe a CLOWN, Lots and Lots of balloons, a balloon artist? the ones that twist the balloons into all sorts of animals!!
I've just turned 50, my husband put on a surprise party for me with the theme being DRAGONS, ELEPHANTS OR DRAGONFLIES these are the three things I collect. We were all so busy laughing about the costumes that we forgot all about the non-alcoholic drinks being sserved by an Elephant in a Ballerinas tutu.
HAVE FUN AND JUST ENJOY
You could do things he did when he was little, like kid's party games, eat foods his mom made, watch his favorite shows from then, kind of like a "blast from his past" party.
